一、干燥箱操作規(guī)程：
（1）燥箱用于試樣的烘熔、干燥或其他加熱用。最高工作溫度為300℃。干燥箱在環(huán)境溫度不大于40℃，空氣相對濕度不大于85%條件下工作。
（2）用專用的插頭插座，并用比電源線粗一倍之導(dǎo)線接地。使用前檢查電氣絕緣性能，并注意有否斷路、短路及漏電現(xiàn)象。
（3）箱上放入溫度計，打開電源調(diào)節(jié)溫控旋鈕到設(shè)定溫度，至交流接觸開關(guān)剛好斷開時檢查溫度計的讀數(shù)與設(shè)定值是否相符，如果有出入則進行微調(diào)，直至恒溫溫度符合設(shè)置溫度。
（4）打開頂部或底部排氣孔排除箱內(nèi)濕氣。
（5）試品鋼板最大平均負(fù)荷為15Kg,，放置切勿過重、過密，一定要留有空隙，工作室底板上不能放置試品。
（6）干燥箱內(nèi)嚴(yán)禁放入易燃、易揮發(fā)物品，以防爆炸。
（7）通上電源，綠色指示燈亮，開啟鼓風(fēng)開關(guān)，鼓風(fēng)電機運轉(zhuǎn)，開啟加熱電源，干燥箱即進入工作狀態(tài)。
（8）工作時，箱門不宜經(jīng)常打開，以免影響恒溫場。
