國(guó)鼎（RD）鋼構(gòu)輕質(zhì)樓層板采用鋼框,鋼桁架,橫縱向交叉配筋與GD無(wú)機(jī)芯材的結(jié)合,形成了聚合承重層,保溫隔音層和憎水防水層有效的功能體系,板底高強(qiáng)防水層處理,具有更高的強(qiáng)度和抗沖擊能力,又具有了輕質(zhì)的特性。

自重輕——GD無(wú)機(jī)芯材容重700-1000 kg/m?獨(dú)特的輕質(zhì)芯材加鋼骨架,板自重0.8-1.1 KN/m?,僅為傳統(tǒng)混凝土屋面重量的30%。
強(qiáng)度高——允許外加荷載3.5-10KN/m?,能夠滿足民居,商場(chǎng),棧橋等各種場(chǎng)所對(duì)荷載的要求。
耐久長(zhǎng)——鋼桁架,防腐鋼網(wǎng)與無(wú)機(jī)芯材的結(jié)合,有效抵抗酸,堿侵蝕,設(shè)計(jì)使用年限與鋼筋混凝土相同。
防火高——GD無(wú)機(jī)芯材耐火極限2小時(shí)。
隔音佳——GD無(wú)機(jī)芯材進(jìn)行各種密度的材料疊加,平均隔音高達(dá)45dp以上。
