浦首流體控制設備（上海）有限公司是研制和生產船用閥門的專業(yè)廠，中國船舶工業(yè)的骨干配套企業(yè)之一。主要設備有6臺進口數(shù)控加工中心、國產數(shù)控機床、水壓靜態(tài)試驗臺、水壓動態(tài)試驗站、液壓試驗臺、空氣試驗臺、扭矩試驗臺、低溫試驗臺、特涂生產線等。　　

公司總部設在上海，在全國各大城市設有分支機構，服務網絡遍及全國。公司內部實行網絡化管理，依托先進的計算機輔助設計系統(tǒng)和計算機管理系統(tǒng)，實現(xiàn)規(guī)范化運作，在最短的時間內為用戶提供高品質的產品。閥門產品為引進日本中北制作所的制造技術，經過消化吸收和自主開發(fā)，品種規(guī)格已達2萬多種。遙控蝶閥可以與日本、挪威、美國、丹麥、德國、意大利、新加坡等世界名牌遙控系統(tǒng)相匹配。 熱加工生產基地占地2千平方米，主要生產設備有4噸沖天爐、0.1～10噸中頻感應電爐、5噸AOD爐、0.15噸凝殼爐、熔模鑄造設備、進口直讀光譜儀、原子分析儀、材料試驗機等，能生產各種牌號的普通碳素鋼、合金鋼、不銹鋼、灰口鑄鐵、球墨鑄鐵、銅合金、鋁合金、鈦合金鑄件和精密鑄件。 公司注重質量體系建設，通過了ISO9001：2000民品質量體系認證、API、CE認證。鑄件生產取得了CCS(中國)、LR（英國）、DNV(挪威)、BV（法國）、ABS(美國)、GL（德國）、RINA(意大利)、NK(日本)等國際船級社的認可。蝶閥系列產品榮獲國家銀質獎，金屬密封蝶閥、耐腐蝕蝶閥、止回蝶閥獲國家重點新產品稱號，鑄鋼通海閥、西德閘閥、螺閉式防浪閥、鑄鐵、鑄鋼、鑄銅法蘭閥獲部優(yōu)產品稱號。 擁有各類先進設備20多臺套，職工98人，專業(yè)工程技術人員28人，擁有裝備精良的現(xiàn)代化技術中心、檢測中心、信息管理系統(tǒng)、嚴密的質量管理體系，始終貫徹執(zhí)行IS09001：2000標準，專業(yè)生產船用閥門，閥門產品榮獲中國產品質量管理中心“國家標準合格單位質量放心品牌”之殊榮。產品有ISO、GB、CB、JIS標準三十多個系列，一千余種規(guī)格，品種有DN3-900mm、PN0.1-25MPa鑄剛、鑄鐵、鑄銅、球鐵和不銹鋼等各種材質的蝶閥、閘閥、截止閥、快關閥、通海閥、空氣管頭；操作方式有：手動、電動、液動、氣動及遠距離遙控裝置。閥門生產取得了CCS、LR、BV、ABS、DNV、GL、NK、KR等國際船級社認可，年產閥門、船用舾裝件、船用空調五萬多臺套。浦首集團本著“塑上海一流形象，創(chuàng)浦首名牌”為企業(yè)精神經過不斷創(chuàng)新、發(fā)展的閥門集團，已成為中國最響亮的閥門品牌之一。上高人以不斷提高產品質量,滿足顧客需求為已任,用自己的努力為企業(yè)爭得信譽,以追求完善的產品質量為企業(yè)發(fā)展開拓空間;嚴格遵循ＰＤＣＡ管理法則，誠奉“以人為本，相互依存”的人文理念,愿與各界朋友為中國的閥門行業(yè)騰飛一起努力.....
