產(chǎn)品簡介

樓承板屬于壓型鋼板的一種，采用鍍鋅鋼板經(jīng)輥壓冷彎成型，其截面成V型、U型、梯形或類似這幾種形狀的波形，主要用作永久性模板，也可被選為其他用途。樓承板產(chǎn)品廣泛用于電廠、電力設(shè)備公司、汽車展廳、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房、水泥庫房、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)辦公室、機(jī)場候機(jī)樓、火車站、體育場館、音樂廳、大劇院、大型超市、物流中心、奧運(yùn)場館體育場館等鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑。樓承板型材厚value="0.8" unitname="mm" w:st="on" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;">0.8mm、value="1" unitname="mm" w:st="on" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;">1.0mm、value="1.2" unitname="mm" w:st="on" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;">1.2mm、value="1.6" unitname="mm" w:st="on" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;">1.6mm寬555mm~value="1025" unitname="mm" w:st="on">1025mm，高value="35" unitname="mm" w:st="on" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;">35 mm ~value="76" unitname="mm" w:st="on">76mm. 工程樓面樓承板與鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)共同作用，系復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)。樓承板鋪設(shè)與鋼梁連接，板端頭與鋼梁熔透點(diǎn)焊，中間采用栓釘與鋼梁穿透熔焊；樓承板間用專用夾緊鉗咬合壓孔連接；堵頭用專用鍍鋅堵頭板與樓承板及鋼梁點(diǎn)焊。如果是帶弧形區(qū)樓承板異型裁切采用等離子切割機(jī)切割，其切口光滑，表面鍍鋅層完整。樓承板焊接采用手工電弧點(diǎn)焊，焊條為Ｅ4303，直徑value="3.2" unitname="mm" w:st="on" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;">3.2mm，熔透焊接點(diǎn)為value="16" unitname="mm" w:st="on" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;">16mm.原設(shè)計(jì)焊點(diǎn)間距value="305" unitname="mm" w:st="on" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;">305mm，后將焊點(diǎn)增加1倍，以確保操作人員行走時(shí)樓承板不變形，混凝土澆筑時(shí)樓承板端頭不漏漿。當(dāng)樓面層結(jié)構(gòu)標(biāo)高變化不一致時(shí)，采取加焊型鋼措施，使水平結(jié)構(gòu)呈臺(tái)階過渡，當(dāng)降低標(biāo)高時(shí)工字梁腹板加焊角鋼；抬升標(biāo)高時(shí)工字梁翼緣加焊槽鋼。當(dāng)遇到樓面有預(yù)留洞口時(shí) 尺寸一般是大于value="500" unitname="mm" w:st="on" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;">500mm×value="500" unitname="mm" w:st="on">500mm時(shí)采用先開洞措施，即在鋼梁上加焊型鋼托梁分隔，增加洞口剛度，網(wǎng)片鋼筋在洞口斷開，并與型鋼焊接；洞口尺寸小于value="500" unitname="mm" w:st="on" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;">500mm×value="500" unitname="mm" w:st="on">500mm時(shí)采取后開洞措施，即在樓承板上增加堵頭分割板，網(wǎng)片鋼筋貫通，混凝土澆筑成型后可剪斷鋼筋。
